The young Founder and CEO of "The Recipe To Cuteness," Chloe' Scott is making a huge impact and showing her peers that there is no age limit to becoming a successful entrepreneur. Chloe' launched her product in 2022, a week before her birthday. She sat down with her mom and had a business conversation, pouring out her heart to come out with a hair formula that would make mothers and daughters feel pretty when wearing their natural hair. Something that would enhance moisture and give their hair astounding definition and cuteness. Chloe' will continue to create a line of natural beauty products for hair and skin. When Chloe' was born, she barely had hair. Her mom would rub her scalp, pray and ask God to give her sweet girl some hair. When Chloe' was in her mothers womb, the doctors told her parents that she wouldn't survive due to her mothers cervix opening up, which resulted in her mother being placed on bed rest while pregnant with Chloe'.  Chloe' was born to change lives and to be great! Chloe' kept hearing for years that she didn't have hair until she was around 4 years old. She became fascinated and started learning how to keep her hair moisturized and her natural curl pattern. She would read books and watch a lot of YouTube videos. It was important for Chloe' to have a moisturizing hair cream, because of her struggles with dry itchy scalp due to eczema. 

Over the years, her Mom told her that should could start a business by making her own hair cream. Chloe' would say "I can, mom? Well in that case I want to do a whole natural hair product line for mothers and daughters." As a little girl, Chloe' would always ask a million questions and write ideas down.

And of course, she's working hard as a elementary student with A/B Honor Roll. Chloe' also does child acting, where she's auditioned for ABC, SHOWTIME, and Nickelodeon, just to name a few. Chloe' lives with her parents, brother, and sister. She is passionate about helping black, African American females feel cute.
